Edinburgh Designs Limited – Factory Acceptance Tests

Edinburgh Designs needed someone to travel to Runcorn to carry out a factory acceptance test on a set of electrical panels before they were shipped abroad. Unfortunately none of their staff were available to travel that week. I visited Edinburgh Design’s offices in Edinburgh to familiarise myself with the drawings and wrote a test procedure. The next day I travelled to England, where I spent a full day thoroughly testing the panels. I then provided a report so any minor defects could be corrected before the panels were shipped.
